Prior to member registration

Please send us the e-mail address you will use to register as a member via the following form.

We will send a "confirmation e-mail" and inform you of the registration page address.

*The e-mail address you enter will become your Sports Entry login user ID.
*Please enter in alphanumeric characters only. (Entering double-byte characters will result in an error.)
*Please make settings so that you can receive emails from "info@sportsentry.ne.jp" and "entry@sportsentry.ne.jp".
*We will not accept any responsibility for e-mails that have not been received by the user or that have been delayed due to the user's e-mail receiving settings or usage environment, etc.
